Fidele is a qualified lawyer in the Beirut Bar Association and currently enrolled in a Dual DEA in international contracts at Université de Montpellier and Université Saint-Esprit Kaslik (USEK). She is a junior associate in the international arbitration department of Hajj & Kanaan law firm in Beirut, Lebanon. Fidele is involved in several commercial and construction arbitrations conducted under MENA laws before different arbitral institutions. Fidele was an USEK Vis Mootie and was member of the USEK team, which won the Runner-Up award in the Middle East Premoot in 2018. Fidele was also a coach for the USEK team for the years 2019 and 2020.
