The Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution ("BCDR") is committed to protecting the confidentiality of all information provided by its website visitors and users ("Visitors"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") reflects how the BCDR collects, stores and uses personal data of Visitors browsing ("Website").

All Visitors will have access to the public section of the website. Some sections of the website will only be accessible to certain Visitors ("Registered Users") who register to use the BCDR online services ("Online Services"). The Registered Users will be permitted to use specific sections including Clients, Clients' Representatives, Neutrals and BCDR Staff.

In order to make use of the website as convenient as possible, the BCDR collects and records certain information which may include Visitors IP addresses, domain names, browsers, operating systems and the site providing the link to the BCDR website. This information will assist the BCDR in developing and building improved services by understanding and monitoring which areas of the Website are most frequently visited by users, identifying problematic areas and measuring the overall performance of online services. The BCDR will not allow access to Visitor information to anyone outside the organisation.

Visitors making general enquiries, requesting information or registering for specific online services may be required to provide personal information to include, without limitation: name, telephone number, ID number, address, e-mail address...etc.

Online payments through the Website will be directed to the Banking site responsible for processing such payment. These Banking sites have separate Privacy Policies, which may not be the same as those provided by the BCDR. All those using the payment facilities should refer to the individual privacy policies.
